Refunds: A full refund will be issued if SoproCredit cannot add the authorized user due to rejection by the credit issuer or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Reporting Date: The first reporting date is a projection based on when the user is added to the account, using today's date.
